Making A Purchase
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice. Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect we shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
Recycling Statement
When ever possible we will use recycled materials in the packaging of your order, we are also committed to the minimum use of packaging to conserve materials. You can rest assured that we shall always use sufficient packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your order. We hope that our recycling statement can go some way to help conserve the environments natural resources.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order the same day, and orders normally arrive within five working days. Orders can take up to 14 working days to arrive.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock and we are not able to deliver your items within 14 days of your order or by the date specified on your order, we will try and email you with the option to back order the goods, amend the order, or to cancel the order for a full refund if you wish.
Cancellation
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described. You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, we are required by Law to make a charge for VAT (currently 20%). All prices include UK VAT where applicable. The VAT rate for books is 0%. We do not charge VAT on Nutrivene-D Powder. Information on this ruling can be viewed at
www.hmrc.gov.uk All VAT will be shown on your invoice which will accompany the goods on delivery.
Customers Outside the European Union
Goods sold that are dispatched to addresses outside the EU are not subject to EU VAT. Orders from countries outside the EU will be charged VAT at the current UK rate on placing an order. We will happily refund the VAT charged after your order has been dispatched for delivery outside the EU.
When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If in doubt please contact your local customs office for the correct information.
Credit Card Security
We take credit card security very seriously and all online payments are made directly with PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment method which allows you to pay quickly and easily without sharing your financial information. We do not record or store any credit or debit card information on this website.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them within 28 days. In order for a return to be made, please contact us. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and in the condition received. All delivery and return costs charges will not be refunded unless the products are faulty or damaged.
